Case Transferred to LA Local Office

To be Honest I am not sure what the wait has been for ,
I would like to believe it was for a my back ground check as everytime I have enquired I have been given an answer that it is pending review.
Now what this review is only God knows.
On my last infopass I was informed that my background check was complete although the lady didnt give me enough time to confirm or ask her when it was done.
But if she said it I belive it was done as I wouldnt like to belive otherwise.
Now this may MY PD became current.
I have sent in an enquiry again through my attorneys but havnt yet recd a reply. Its going to be a month now.

Good attitude! I had one infopass lask week and they told me my background check was completed. My PD was already current since the beginning of this year. The officer even helped me send an inquiry to ask when the interview can be scheduled. Well....seems the dept where my case stays didn't buy this, the next monday, I got a letter from local office saying that my case is currently under review and further notice or action will be send out within 180 days. And this letter was send out 1 hr after I left the office!...I think they just sent u sth to shut u up.

Anyways , have you recd a letter to which room your case has been transfered.
Also Pls apply for renwal of your EAD ATLEAST 90 days before the expiry. I would say apply apply 110 days early cuz I see you got it around October you have little time left.

What do u mean the room? I got the transfer notice way back telling me that the case had been transfered, it said "Room 1001, 300 N. LA St.". then the letter I got last week, on the envelop, sb added a handwriting Room 1001 too. I figured out this is the room of that infopass place..
