Hello All,
I am a EB-2 filer. I-485 receipt date is April 2002.
I got an update today that my case has been transferred to the Houston, Office.
Is this bad news ? Will this delay the case further ?
My first fingerprints were done in January 2004.
Will the Houston Office again request FP and if so, can they schedule it or will they give me the run around.
How long does it take for the case to be transferred and when will Houston schedule the interview ?
Any information on this is highly appreciated.
