Case Transferred to Hartford, CT

Can any one share their experiences dealing with Hartford, CT office ?

ND 10/8/99
FP 3/2/01
Case was transferred to Hardford on 3/29/01

All I can gather from the past discussions on this forum is, transfer of case to the local INS office is not a good sign.
