GUYS..

YOU ARE CORRECT. MY CASE AND MY WIFE' CASE TRANSFERED TO BALTIMORE,MD. IT TELLS THE SCHEDULING WILL TAKE SEVERAL MONTHS.
MY RD 10/23
MY ND 12/03
FP 05/17

I SAW IN ONE OF THE MURTHY' CHAT THAT IT WILL TAKE 5 MONTHS TO SCHEDULE THE INTERVIEW. IN 2 MONTHS WE WILL RECEIVE THE LETTER FOR A INTERVIEW SCHEDULE.

ITS BAD LUCK. WE WILL SEE OUR FELLOW OCTOBER VSC FILERS GETTING APPROVED LOT SOONER THAN OURS. OURS WILL GET APPROVED WITH DECEMBER VSC FILERS. ITS A SHIT PROCESS. I HATE THIS.

Is it true all the 485 filers from MD got transferred or any special cases. Mine is sooo straight forward. I dont know whether its a good thing or bad thing.

As per my understanding it is good sign , atleast cases are moving ahead and getting transfered to local INS. Murthy chat also says , no need to worry as long as all paper work is in order.

I myself a Nov filer (RD 11/3/01) and from MD and also waiting for INS response.

Hope for the best.

But What if, my I140 is not available at the time of interview. Coz i am hearing, sometime if the I140 is not available at that time, The officer at baltimore will not make a decision. So we wont get approval at the time of interview.

I also seen cases got approved 7 to 9 months after interview.

Thats the only part i am worrying.

This Baltimore center sucks, definitely our cases are going to be delayed for atlease 2 to 3 months.
