Case transferred to a local office

Folks, I got the following update ...

"Your case has been transferred to a local office and an interview will be scheduled. You will be sent a notice advising you of the date and time of your interview. "

Does this mean that i will get IL soon ? Any clue for Chicago area and whether this will be before year end ? Experts ?

Your interview will be probably 2nd week of January.
