USCIS transferred me and my wife's cases to Boston MA. This is the case history:

RD/ND: 26th Feb'2002

Moved from Atlanta to Boston, never changed the employer.

FP(BOTH): March'03

Category: EB3

NO RFE.

Last status before update:
1. For me(primary): 990-999 days crap
2. For wife(FTJ): FP recd and processing has resumed.

Current status updated for both:

On April 26, 2004, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to an office in BOSTON, MA for processing. That office has jurisdiction over the case. They will send you a written decision as soon as processing is complete. You should receive a notice informing you that your case has been transferred to a local office. Please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283 to receive information about local office processing times.

Good thing:TSC processed both the case together. So hopefully no problem later on, that one of will be DONE faster.

Next Step:
I will wait for Boston, MA office to contact me and hopefully there will not be any interview.

Question:

1. Will there be any interview? If yes, what are the docs I need? Anything else?

2. Boston, MA is processing 8/03 cases, so would I be waiting until they reach 04//04 or will they be processing my case based on my rd/nd?

Please share your experience.

Thanks

So post the same message in VSC thread...... you should get some good responses..

Best of luck to get out of this Den.
