Case transferred from VSC to NSC

My and my wife\'s I-485 was approved on June 13th. We got our passport stamping done on July 13th and gave the photos for the card. Now I get a notice from VSC dated August 25th saying that my case has been transferred to NSC. In the letter it says "NSC will notify you when they schedule an interview on the application. Any further inquiries should be made to that office."

Why do I get this letter instead of my card? Anybody have similar experiences? Any info will be appreciated.

This could be a mixup on their part.
First check the letter carefully if that is indeed your case.
Check case#, A#, etc.
Second check the automated system again (802) 527 4913 and check your
case status of your card. When it asks for the case # type your I-485 case #. Try to talk to an IIO and find out what is happening.

I hope it is all a mistake on their part.
