Case transferred from NSC to TSC

My case was transferred from NSC to TSC in the end of May. Now the case status says something like "your case has been transferred to a local office in TEXAS SERVICE CENTER". I can not even see the projected time frame anymore. I do not know where to send my EAD/AP to.

Anybody in the same boat?
 
Why did this transfer happen? Did you move to a state under TSC recently? Go to the local office and ask IIO there?
