Case Transferred from Nebraska to Chicago

Friends,
My case has been tranferred to Chicago after a long time wait. Can someone please help in what to prepare?? what and for how long to expect??My Priority date was in March 2002. Approval of I-140 in October 2003, 1st AC21 in 8/04, 2nd AC21 3/05.

Also if it will still take long....what is the risk in travelling overseas??

Please help on this with your experience.

3 months after transfer you should get a Appointment Notice for an interview.
