Case transfered to Tampa INS from VSC.

Any one had any experience with Tampa INS interview? How long do they take to schedule the interview after the case transfer? Any other info I need to know?

Specific Documents may depend on the Local Office/Officer you go to.

I went to Newark, NJ and they asked me for:
Updated Medical Records
Passport
EAD
Last 2 years of Tax Returns with W2
Original Birth Certificate
Original Marriage Certificate
Employment Letter

I also took with me:
I20
All EAD
Original H1s
Pay Stubs
I 140 approval Notice and all other original immigration related documents that I had.

Appreciate your reply. How long your local INS took to schedule an interview after your case got transfered? Did the officer look through any of the documents you carried? What questions you were asked?

3 months at NWK to schedule an interview.
Believe it or not this young office took time and went thru most of the documents and asked lot of questions.Mostly around why I got the NIW. I think these kind of detailed questions are rare based on what I saw on this board.
