Case transfered to NEWARK local INS office

Dont know its bad or good news but today i checked the automated message in fact i just checked it and i get message saying that my case is tranfered to NEWARK Local ins office and may take several months,so i dont know whats in store for me ...Any similar cases or any other advices will help me a lot to proceed here onwards
my deatails : EB3 INDIA , PD AUG 95 , RD APR 7 \' 99 , ND MAY 13 \' 99

Bad news, it may take another year at Newark, nobody posts any Newark or NY local experience, only Baltimore
