Case Transfered to Miami

Hi ,

My friend's case was transfered to Miami on 03/10 . He wants to know ....how long does it ususlly take after this transfer for the approval ?
 
check here (khanna web site) main page or USCIS web about miami office processing time.


also check someone posted a thread few days ago regarding experience he and his family had. he came from Tampa to miami. if u need any help in miami let us know.

Case Transfer

The notice says your case was transferred to Miami which is the District office, whereas your file goes to Local office.

In my case, it has happenned. The notice which I got said that "In order to speed up the process USCIS is transferring the file to Miami"

But when I called, I was told that it is lying in Jacksonville, FL office.

I am still waiting even after the file was transferred on 01/07/04.

WHAT IS MIAMI D.O. PHONE NUMBER??

My wife's case was also transferred to Miamion 2/3/04 even though our local office is Atlanta, GA. Haven't heard anything from M.D.O. as yet. Can anyone post the number so Ican call them.

In my notice the Miami Telephone number is given as ( 802 ) 527 4913, But when I called that number it says, This number is cancelled and gave the same 800 number i.e. 800 375 5283.
