Its really painful situation when they do like that.

in my opinion first of all

1. Get copy/paperwork from congressman who informed u about so atleast u have proof that it did transfered.

2. Use attorney to write an inquery to TSC about transfer.

3. Use attorney to write an inquery to Atlanta about transfer with copy of congressman gave u attached with it, asking to confirm the transfer and they have got ur file.

than wait 2 weeks for their response, if not received keep repeat every end of secondweek. untill they response

Good luck

Hi PrinceofJungle,
Thank you for your reply, But my Lawyer is not helpfull. Because, when ever i ask him, he always says we need to wait until they open my file. He never did any Inquire on my Case.

And when i called congress office, they told person from TSC told my case transfered to Atlanta. They dont have any Paper for Proof.

One more thing, I am from NC, Still i need to go to Atlanta. Or are they going to transfer my case to charrlotte.

Same boat here!

I guess they have a system in which transfer needs multiple steps. Even the TSC center shows the case was transferred, it will take a while before the online status changes and the transfer physically occurs.
