Case being transfered on 11/21 to another INS office for scheduling of interview (don't know which office now, maybe Newark, NJ?).

ND 11/30/01

Anyone happens to know how long does it take before I hear from them to schedule the interview? In what way, phone call or mail?

Whom should I contact with after another prolonged wait?

Without going through LC process, it makes sense for INS to go through this interview. I am grateful that at least my case is toughed by INS.

Do you know if they will transfer the case to Newark, NJ? How to find out the exact whereabout of the case and how to contact?

It's terriable. I had exactly the same Rd and ND as yours, wth the cat of EB1.

What is your cat in detail; (a), (b) or (c) ?

When did you check on-line? I checked 2 hrs ago, no change in my case, and I can not think about it.

At the time of 485 filling, did you work for University, organization, Gover, or company?

I don't know which sub-category (a,b,c) it is. But mine is EB11 (EA)
 
Well, I read from this board that the transfer notice will tell you either go to NY or NJ. You have to wait for the notice.

Some guy's transfer notice tell him go toNY, but interview notice tells him go to NJ.
