Has anyone case in one case in one center(NSC) been transfered to another center VSC? What are the consequences of the transfer?
My I-140 case was transfered from NSC to VSC on 2/25/02. I am trying now to figure out how long it would take to get my I-140.
I am working in Chicago (NSC) area for a subdivision of a company headquartered in New Jersey(VSC).
For some reasons that I dont yet know the NSC transfered my case to VSC. The AVM tells me that the competent center is VSC. But, my lawyer and all the info I\'ve red are clear the competent center is where I work - NSC.
What should I do in the next stage. Should I apply in NSC or VSC? Is it possible that VSC might transfer back my case NSC?
