Case Transfer

Hi Everybody,

ND 05/02/2002

I received the notice in the mail today saying that "In order to expediate the speed of your application, your case has been transfer to Vermont Service Center"

My case was in the Nebraska. I moved to Florida for Job.
Is anyboday in the same boat?
Where I should apply my next EAD & AP. Vermont OR Nebraska?

When they transfer my case they put new ND date in Vermont i.e 01/21/2004. Is that means I have to wait 2 more years again?

To answer your last question - No your case doesn't go back 2 years.

Is FL under VSC jurisdiction? If so, then it is not mistake that your case was transferred to VSC from NSC.

Are you still working for the company that sponsored your GC or is your job in FL is with a new company?? Your answer is important to me.

I am still working for the same company. I did not change the employer. I change my address using AR-11. Florida falls under TSC but they transfer me to VSC. Don't know what to do?
