Who got local transfer to Newark recently, lets keep in touch to share experiences.
My case:
ND 3/8/01
RFE: 2/19/02
TD: 3/6/02
 
Did they transfer you after they got your RFE reply or

right after they issue the RFE they change it to a transfer?

Did you ever change job after file I-485? Is your wage higher than
the Prevailing wage?
 
But, again, is your wage lower or higher than the

Prevailing wage on the Labor Certification? Are you a EB2 or EB3 case?
 
GCW123, we are on the same boat.

I don\'t know why, but I just get the message that my case was transfer to Newark today. A little nervous! wish we could keep in touch to share the information.

No, I don\'t.

I don\'t change my job within years and I didn\'t get any RFE letter before this transfer. All I could think is that my current project is over now, my company is not going to pay me, so they cancle my H1 visa, let me use EAD work for them, especially on bench time - they won\'t pay me during the time, guess it is the reason. I think I need to get a new job if my company couldn\'t get me a client.

But I think you are gonna be ok because you have a stable job and the payment. I also want to know how long they are gonna schedule the interview?

I think that cases are transfreed on random basis. There is no logic for why some cases are transferred and some are not.
