My I-140 was approved on 12/17/04 and I-485 was transferred to Chicago on 12/20/04. I have a couple of questions. I'd appreciate if someone in this forum can help me with these.
1) Will EB3 retrogerssion have any impact on my case at this stage?
2) I applied for renewal of EAD on 10/26/04 at Nebraskla Center. Will the transfer of case to Chicago delay the renewal of EAD. Should I check the status of EAD with NSC or Chicago CIS.
