Case transfer to Charlotte

My Case had Transfer to Charlotte, NC local Office on July 19, 2004 and I have not got an interview Date yet. I have checked local Office processing Date is MAY 2004 and My Lawer find out Case has been Safly reached in the Local Office.

Is Any body have any Exp. Should I go to local Office or Just Wait for an Interview Letter.

I am also in the same boat. My case has been transfered from vermont service center to Charlotte, nc on July 13 th. In the website they mentioned that Charlotte office will conduct an interview. Till now I did not receive any letters.
Did you receive any letters for interview? Are they going to send interview letters to home address or wil they send it to Attorneys address?

The only thing you can do is wait. Someone got transfered in May got an interview last month. I have a friend whose case got transfered in January got interview last month. He told me the interview is very smooth and simple. When is your turn, it depends on your luck, I guess. I have not got anything since my case transfered. Good Luck.
 
Interview in Charlotte Office (Waiting....)

Our Company Immigration Lawyer went to INS Local office for me to find out the Status of my case and she told me that my case has not been touched yet but she got my FP notice, which I have done same day on 21st Aug 2004.

She also told me that there are not many Officers in the Building to speed up process and I should be getting interview Date some time in Sep or OCT.

I guess I can wait and pray only.

I got my interview letter yesterday. My Interview date is October 21st. My wife got Fingerprints. But I did not receive my finger prints.

I got interview letter too but no finger prints.
I asked my lawyer to ask the local office for an appt.
Got in in less than one week.
Ask your attorney or make an info paas appt. ask the agent to give you one.
