My Case transfer to charlotte office today 19th July 2004 and intresting thing is I faxed FP Expiry Letter today and after 10 min I received about 10 emails from BCIS that our case transfer to Charlotte office.
Did I pest some because I faxed this letter atleast 5 time this month ?
On July 19, 2004, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to our office in CHARLOTTE, NC for them to schedule and conduct your interview. Scheduling can take several months. Our office in CHARLOTTE, NC will notify you when they schedule your interview or take other action on your case. If you need further information, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.
