Case Transfer - San Francisco, CA

Hello Gurus,

I am May 03 filer at NSC with EB3 category. Both my and my wife's case has been transfered to San Francisco, CA as we live in Bay Area, CA.

I have filed AR-11 couple of months back.
My wife's 485 was filed 9 month after I filed my 485 as we got married after I filed my 485.

"On December 1, 2004, we transferred your I485 Application to Register
Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to an office in SAN FRANCISCO,
CA for processing. Our office in SAN FRANCISCO, CA will send you a
written decision as soon as processing is complete."

How long will it take after case is transfered?
Is this good or bad news?
What generally they ask if they call us for interview?
Where can I find details about processing 485 at San Francisco,CA ?

1) Look for a thread on San Francisco transfers at this link, or add a new thread: http://www.immigrationportal.com/forumdisplay.php?f=171
2) Its not bad news. At least you won't get an interview, since your case is transferred for processing, not for an interview.
3) By the looks of your online message, you won't even get an interview. The San Francisco office wil aprive your case directly.

I am waiting for case transfer..
my dates are ND : May 19th 2003 my lin: lin0318251xxx

rkolmi,
Why are you "waiting" for a transfer?? Not every case gets transferred, so its not required that yours will also.
