I am quite sure this question has been asked before but if someone could quickly help me out here.
A friend of mine has applied for Canadian PR back in her country where the processing of skilled applicants is significantly longer than that in the US, 3 years+ from what I have heard. My friend was wondering if it is possible to transfer her case from her country to Buffalo for faster processing. Coming to the US is no problem for her if needed.
Could someone please tell me if this kind of case transfer is possible and what would be the procedure. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.
