Case Transfer from TSC to CSC

Hello:

I switched my job using AC21 after losing my earlier job in Texas, to join another firm in Arizona.

As per the IIO in TSC, my 485 case file will be transferred to CSC as Arizona comes under CSC. I filed my 485 in TSC in April (ND: 4/18/02). I have not had FP yet, but holding EAD and AP issued by TSC.

Question:

Will CSC consider the case transfer as a new case (with new ND date) or will issue a old ND date? In essence, does the clock start again and will continue as 6 month old case??

I think your case will be processed by your Alien number with the same date in CSC . Normaly these cases are transferd to local office thats what i read on this portal.
