Case Status

Mine is a non-concurrent I-140 (30-Jul-2003). . My employer says there was an RFE. Lawyer would have possibly sent a response last week.

Login to my profile says last update was 04/20/2004. But, When I click on the link to find case status. I see an error message

"Status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the service center where you submitted your application."

Anyone seen this before?
 
yup,

if you're accessing the web site from your work chances are some one else at your company with the same IP address is viewing too many cases which results in the message you are getting.. try it from home or from a different IP.

Thanks! you are right. Checked from home give me the old status. I am still wondering why there is no update regarding the FRE issued.

I havent seen the RFE notice. But, employer says that Lawyer had received the notice and has responded.

I am confused about which is the correct status.
