Hi everyone,
I have a question. I filed for I-485 (I-140 already approved) in January 2005 but the case status is unavailable online (I looked repeatedly) or on the telephone. Furthermore, I just realized that the receipt date is listed as "Unknown," although there is a notice date. Has this happened to anyone else? I have currently been holding for about 45 minutes w/ the INS to figure out what is going on but thought I would ask you all as well.
My lawyer doesn't think this is anything to worry about since they have contacted me in the past couple of months to get FP/biometrics.
I would appreciate any insights!
