I am facing one prob , I got the I765 and I485 notices 2 days back .I am unable to check the status on online using the receipt number.
I am getting the following message,I am typing without any mistake.
Error:
Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
* Case Status Retrieval Failed
* This Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the National Customer Service Center.
Have any is having the same problem ? I called the Customer service they are telling it will take few months to update the record on the status page as it is a manual process , let me know If I have to anything from my side .
