Hi Gurus. I get a message to change password as my earlier one is expiring. But when I change password I get the following message. I am not sure what I should do as it does not give me any option :



Security Violation



Access To Selected Resource Not Authorized.
You have not Logged In or Your Session has Timed Out.


Has anyone else had this problem which changing password..

Hi, I think USCIS asks for change of password after 90 days period. When I signed on last week, it asked me to do same and I could change it suceesfully. I think probably in your case there may some input error in submitting new password. If you can not access your account, create a new one.

Maybe you were automatically logged out after a period of inactivity, try loggin in again, and then change password. (and enable cookies)

Still doesnt work for me. And i just have 2 days to change password. I am not sure what I can do as it keeps giving me that error. I will see if something is wrong with cookies in my machine. Thanks guys !!

I was getting same problem. But I was able to figure out this issue.

Do one thing, when it is asked to change password, just click on change password later.. button, instead of Change Password button.

then I after sucessfull login, click the change password button on left menu and change password. It will work.
