HELP!
- I-130 for wife as GC holder on April 2004.
- Became Citizen Sept 2005.
- Upgraded file, got notice file transfered to California for faster processing (online status showed this!)
- Checking status online (processing dates for I-130 for Cali) since Dec.
Decided to check my case to see how it is coming along, it now states, they received by case Feb 2006, and my type of case takes 900-999 days (the original date as when I first file (see bullet 1).
Can someone please explain? How can I resolve this? Please help!!! The 1-800 # - no one is answering and it hangs up on me because wait is more than 30 mins. HELP!!
