Case Status not found in BCIS website

I tried to check my status through BCIS website and it says my case is not there in their system. Did any body have similar experience?

In my case, the (800) phone number says the case
has been approved. Have you checked the phone
system?
 
Yes I checked the phone message

Phone message still says that we sent you a fingerprint notice to you on 11/20/02 and if you have not received ---

In may case, I got the FP notice on 11/16/02 and took FP on 12/12/02.
