Case Status Monitor Change Alert

If you are running my Case Status Monitor you might have seen a change alert last night or this morning. If you look carefully at the status message you will see that they have replaced the enquiry number for each of the service centers with the one for the national service center.
 
I noticed that too. Does this mean the answering system has already been centralized? Anyone has called NSC lately? Also, should we use that 800 # now or the old NSC # is still functioning? I still use that old # to check my status everyday, same old AVM stuff.

Also my status is changed.
It was "Approved 140" before, now it says "A duplicate notice has been sent".

Why are they sending duplicate notices? Maybe after centralization they are changing the format or something?

I called IIO on the new 800#.

Message for me (and my family) has not changed on the BCIS website. I guess, it happens only for those whose case has been picked up.
