I made case status enquiry and I got reply as your case is under review and decision will be made in 60 days. Can I expect any change in my case.

It is really a good news to hear from USCIS instead of standard message as "The case is still pending due to security checks".

2nd FP (Code 3) - Mar-2005.
3rd FP (Code 1) - Oct-2006.
