Case status email

I got a status email from the above two email ids. The second one is normal but I am seeing the 1st one(CRIS) for the 1st time. Is everything ok with my case, has anyone got an email from CRIS <USCIS-SRMT@dhs.gov> about their status
 
I got the same this morning

I got severals e-mails this morning
My I485 is aproved
I485 rd 07/16/04, ad 06/28/05
