Question: Is it sure that once they send the FP notice, they are also updating the case status info available by calling (949)831-8427 ?

I\'m checking that message every evening, but if they don\'t update it when they sent the FP notice, my notice may be lost in the mail and I have no way to know about it.

Hopefully those of you who already got their FP notice can easily answer to this.

The FP notice is not reflected in the AVM system. Hope that answers your question. Normally your lawyer also gets a courtesy copy.
