For some time (Almost 3 to 4 weeks) I could not get the status of my case when calling the National support center. Following is the message I hear everytime I call them.
"We are sorry. Due to a temporary problem with our system, we can not access your acct information at this time. Please call back at some other time."
Does anyone has similar experience?
