Case sent to ChennaI 0N 07/30 - WHAT NEXT ?

Hello,

I just found out that my case was transferred to Chennai consulate on 07/30/2003.

Can I expect a interview in September ?

Also, how do I keep track of the progress on my case from here on .

Approximately, how long would it take from here to get an interview appointment.

Is there any documenttation that I need to get from my employer/attorney at this stage ?

{Your's would most probably be an October interview}

{There is no need to track, other than the need to communicate
something to the Consulate. You will know about your interview
date when the consulate posts the dates around 15th of
of September for the month of October}

{If you are not aware of the documents that you need to
carry, then look for the lists in the forum. There are quite a
few documents you should get before you are ready for
the interview. }

Go to the above link an dyou will find against my id 'kdivekar' a document called "current cp procedure.doc" ....this lists all that you need to know about documentation to be carried.

I have compiled all the information from this immigraiton.com forum web site.
