Case Satus for the I485 - DORA Program

Hello everybody

Yesterday for the first time I could check my status on line. I am in the Dallas Rapid Adjustment Program ( most known as DORA) . The goal of the Pilot Program is to complete your case within 90 days ( i.e. receive your green card).

I noticed that in my 1st message on line states that is taking between 120 and 180 days to process this kind of case.



Case Status
Receipt Number: mscXXXXX

Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

Your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received on XXXXXXX. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 120 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

The Questions that i have are:

1) For those who are in the DORA program.... Is it normal to receive this kind of message ?

2)For those who arent in this program.. Did you receive the same message than mine or it was different?

Thats a standard message for *ALL* cases. I would suggest not to depend on the online updates as it is getting very unreliable.
