case review by NVC

Guys,

My lawyer filed both of our Packet 3 at NVC (me & my wife) 7 days ago.But I have few doubts.

1.NVC asked only DS-230-I to filled in,no PCC,passport,mariage certificate,nor birth certificate etc.I am worried if the review will complete successfully.

2.How much time does NVC take to review the case before they send to consulate?

A) Those certificates/docs will be checked by consulate while interview. NVC doesn't need them for their review.

2.How much time does NVC take to review the case before they send to consulate

A) Allow 8 weeks for NVC to review. If there are no problems, it may be completed in 3/4 weeks. You can check your status by AVM.
