case remanded to employer what does it mean?

Atlanta regional automated system says case is remanded to employer. What
does it mean? It was applied in RIR but it seems RIR is rejected. My lawyer
says if RIR is rejected it automatically remanded to Regular Processing. But here it looks like it is remanded to Employer.


experienced members , please advise
 
Can you post some details? For example when was the recipt day? How many days ad was running? I heard Atlanta VERY seldom remand RIR applications. What is the possible reason?
