Case processing, checks cleared...

They received my application on 2/13 and yesterday the checks for $1000 and $130 were cleared from the bank. Does this mean the reply is going to be H1 granted or can the checks clear and yet i might get a enquiry or rejection for the H1?

that is the fee for the premium processing, otherwise one check should be enough for 1130

Ah! make sense. Had'nt been following the H1 thingy v. closely. I thought BCIS might have reinstated the 1000 fee.

they are asking for more details on the company, and i'm wondering if since the case is pending/processing, till the results of the process come out, do i still get counted in the quota or not?

anyone any clue?

Hey priya dont worry
once you get receipt notice, and checks have been cleared you in the quota, even if BCIS issues RFE, after they receive the resonse they have to decide about the case within 15 calender day.

Hi,

here's a list of documents they asked the company to provide
1) detailed job duties and responsibilities, educational background required for the H1 seeker's position and why/how it matches the job requirements
2) current company activities and future projections
3) proof demonstrating company requires additional employees
4) copies of contracts indicating the work company performs and it's relation to the employee
5) job titles, duties and credentials of 5 present employees of the company

and also the lease for the location and level of business activity in the past...evidence on whythey need additional workforce etc.
