Case Pending - Rd: May 1st 2001-Vermont

Just got to speak with an IIO and she said that my case is pending and at present there are processing April \'01 cases and it would be another 3 months before i hear something. What does pending mean.?. Any ideas/comments please.

means they have not picked up your case for processing as yet....

but relax.....that\'s the standard answer you can expect from IIOs....you might be approved in less than a month ...who knows....
