Case Pending-Letter from CSC

Hi,

In response to an inquiry by our attorney, we have received a letter from CSC stating that our case is "pending for processing". Has anyone else received similar letter. EB2- RIR - ND is 8/00

As far as I know there is a special inquiry form, G-something that the lawyers use to get more information.

People also think that lawyers have special inquiry channels (phone and fax).

Hi,

I do not have a copy of the inquiry. All I know is that our attorney sent a fax enquiry regarding the status of our case.
