My aunt applied for her sister since March 2001(priority date). Am I correct to assume her case has been discarded since her case is too old? I checked the visa Bulletin and according to that her priority date came up on December 2012. Problem is, my aunt moved and did not make a change of address with immigration. If she received any notice, it was probably returned or thrown away.
