My case was forwarded to Chicago DOL on Oct. 7th, 2003 and is not assigned to an analyst yet. Why a case received after that date was certified? In addition, my case number is 054290xx. Is it weird? Since the case is processed by case number, how come a case after mine was assigned a number 05428xx? Any idea?
