Case Number not recived yet

I would need some good advice from the gurus. My Labor Certification application was filed on April 4th by my company. I am located at Chicago. I havent got any receipt notice yet. MY lawyer tells me that sometimes it could take longer than 2 weeks to get a recipt notice. But now its almost 5 weeks and I am getting a bit concerned. I
Is there a number to call and if so then what information would they ask me.

Lastly what is the total time period in months from beginning till the end that it takes for the Labor Certification application to be approved.

I am in the same boat. Mine was filed last week of March at TX. Yet to receive anything. If anyone has received, please update.
