Case number Harrisburg State labour

Hi,
My labour was filed, in Dec 2002, my attorney says that DOL , Harrisburg has no Case # , is it true? I wanted confirm the same. He says that DOL has received the application since it was sent by Fedex and that receipt is the proof.

Is it DOL or SESA (SWA) you talking about ?

Wahts the diff betn the two? SESA & DOL? I m talking abt STATE LABOUR which was filed in Dec. I m referring to the Labour for the GREENCARD process
