Case number AS000038** Bangladesh. No 2nd letter! What to do? Email to KCC? plez help

My case number AS000038** - Bangladesh. No 2nd letter so far. I heard that it is possible to face interview without 2nd letter if I know my interview date.
Note: I sent my 1st letter in 10 June 2005 by DHL.

What should I do now?
How can I know my interview date?
Can I get my interview date by e-mail to kccdv@state.gov or by phone (606) 526-7500?

RANK CUT-OFFS WHICH WILL APPLY IN SEPTEMBER: Bangladesh 8,850
If I am not wrong my interview should be in this month

If you won dv2006, then you have to look at the different bulletin. You will have to keep checking numbers that will apper in a new fiscal year which starts on October 1 2005. As fow now, the latest set of numbers for a new fiscal year says that Bangladesh is 1650, so you will still have to wait.
