I am originally from October 2011 Filers thread but needs an answer to a problem most October 2011 Filers are having. Most of the October filers got the NOAs but could not see their case online. Its brought this message;
Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.
A member of the thread called the number and was told that it is usual that cases don't come online until after 1 month. Is this true? has anyone experienced this before? And what did you do to view your case online?
I am posting this on-behalf of many October 2011 Filers having this problem. we will appreciate any response to this.
