I filed I-485 and I-130 in Salt Lake Office originally in Oct 2003. I moved to Dallas a year ago and have been sending tons of letter to Salt Lake office and National Benefits Center requesting transfer. I got no reponse.
Dallas office won't give me interim EAD as well; they said they don't have my file there. I need to fly back to Salt Lake City.
What should I do to have them transfer my case to dallas local office?
