Case Not Showing Online

Hello,

Our ND was on 12/06/05 and today is 12/16/05 and our case is still not showing online. When I put in the receipt number for the I-485 or the I-765 it says that case does not exist. When I put the recipt number for the I-130 it shows up. i wonder why. I sent all the applications concurently. Shouldnt they all show up at the same time. SHould I call the 800 number or what.

This is strange. I filed a month ago and I got all 3 status cases on line at the same time . There must be a problem here. I think you should call CIS.
Maybe your other 2 forms got lost or something.
 
Mine took 18 days to show up.

But I know some showed up months later or worse -- never show up at all. In that case, you better get an infopass.
 
There is no need of infopass, sometimes that happen. Neither of mine appear for the first week, then I called the 800 number and they sent an inquiery and told me that in 30 days should appear. In 2 weeks my I-130 was the only one that appeared, later on I really forgot about that since is just the website. Your filing doesn't depend in the website the most important thing is to receive the NOA's and check your mail carefully to not confuse junk mail with important mail. After 3 weeks my I-485 and I-765 appeared. Time to time when I remember to check that out they are not there after awhile they appeared again.
