Case Not found

I would like to check, if there are members on this discussion list, who has a similar problem as me.

I-485: ND 1/01
FP: 5/01

Soon after the FP was done, the AVM message says the case not found. Any info will be helpful, if you had any discussion in this regard with an IO
I would like to hear about it.
